1. Basic principle

Pigeon is a monthly recurring subscription product. Members may request cancellation or refund at any time.

For subscription products, Pigeon guarantees a prorated partial refund for unused remaining days after the payment date.

2. Prorated remaining-day refund

The refund amount is calculated based on remaining unused days after excluding the amount corresponding to actual days used from the paid amount.

Example: if a member uses 10 days of a 30-day monthly period and requests a refund, the refund is based on the remaining 20 days.

Payment processing fees, separately provided paid services, or legally deductible amounts may be reflected when calculating partial refunds.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests can be sent to customer support at sellgumx.naver@gmail.com.

Including the account email, payment date, and reason for refund helps us review the request faster.

Pigeon reviews payment history, subscription status, and usage period before notifying refund eligibility and expected refund amount.

4. Processing time

After refund approval, the actual card cancellation or deposit timing may vary depending on the payment method, card issuer, and payment provider policy.

Pigeon notifies the member of refund processing results by email or through the service.

5. Refund limits

Refunds may be limited if service access is restricted due to illegal use, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of the Terms.

However, the principle of prorated partial refunds for unused subscription days applies first within applicable law and payment provider policy.
